Receiving and Sorting Associate

Ultimate Staffing is working with an organization in Laurel, Maryland seeking several Receiving and Sorting Associates to start right away!

Receiving and Sorting Associate - $16/hour
Location: Laurel, MD
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: $16/hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Unload incoming shipments of boxes containing documents and files
* Unpack, sort, and organize incoming materials
* Repackage documents, files, and brochures with like materials
* Affix tracking labels to packages and shipments
* Enter tracking numbers and customer information into the computer system
* Ensure accuracy of shipment contents and tracking information
* Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work area
Requirements:
* Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
* Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
* Basic computer and data entry skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
* Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team
