Receiving Associate

Exegistics is hiring for a Receiving Associate with an established, industry-leading manufacturing and distribution organization known for its commitment to quality, employee retention, and long-term career opportunities.

Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments
• Unload trucks and move product safely throughout the facility
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment efficiently and safely
• Accurately track and document inventory transactions
• Stage and organize materials for production and warehouse operations
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
• Support inventory control and other warehouse functions as needed

Qualifications

• Recent forklift experience required
• Previous receiving, warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
• Stable work history with demonstrated job longevity
• Strong attendance record and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Forklift certification is a plus
