Receiving Clerk

Material Handler with Shipping & Receiving experience – Coraopolis, PA
$19–$21 per hour (Based on Experience)

Impact Workforce Solutions is partnering with Legrand in Coraopolis, PA to hire full-time Material Handlers / Shipping & Receiving Clerks.

If you have experience in warehouse operations, order picking, packing, or forklift operation, this is a great opportunity to join a clean, organized manufacturing environment with consistent hours and long-term stability.

Schedule Options

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 PM - 5:30 AM
• Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40!)

What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Verify items by counting, weighing, and checking accuracy
• Print and apply shipping labels (UPS, FedEx, LTL)
• Load and unload trucks
• Use warehouse systems and scanners to track shipments
• Operate equipment such as Sit Down forklifts, Cherry Pickers, and High Reach trucks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in warehouse, shipping & receiving, or material handling
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (shipping systems, scanners)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of warehouse or shipping experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods
• Work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment (PPE required)
