Receiving Clerk

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Receiving Clerk in Nashua, New Hampshire for a one-year onsite contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position will coordinate the receipt, inspection, verification, and routing of incoming materials while maintaining accurate receiving records and supporting material movement throughout the facility.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2+ years of related experience.

• 1 2 years of receiving experience.

• Experience using Oracle.

• Basic PC skills and familiarity with receiving or inventory applications.

• Ability to inspect incoming materials for damage and verify shipment quantities.

• Ability to compare shipment documentation against purchasing records.

• Ability to accurately document missing, damaged, or incorrect materials.

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• U.S. citizenship required.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and verification of incoming materials.

• Visually inspect packages and contents for damage.

• Verify shipment quantities and confirm the correct items were received.

• Compare shipping paperwork against purchasing records.

• Enter receiving verification and related information into Oracle.

• Document shortages, damage, or other shipment discrepancies.

• Route packages according to applicable inspection codes and internal procedures.

• Follow established procedures for handling classified and hazardous materials.

• Assist with package delivery and material movement throughout the facility.

• Use manual or powered material-handling equipment and hand tools as needed.

Work Schedule / Shift

• 1st shift

• 9/80 schedule

• Approximately 6:00 AM 3:30 PM

Pay

• $23.00 per hour.
