Receiving Coordinator

Select Staffing has a great opportunity for a Receiving clerk in Simi Valley CA.

Pay: $21.50

Hours: 7:00 a.m.- 3:30 pm

plus overtime and weekends as needed.

Coordinates the movement and control of material through the receiving and warehouse areas.  Provides support for production and order fulfillment.

1. Receives, verifies, and delivers incoming materials.
2. Stocks material in warehouse and floor locations.
3. Fills material and supply requisitions.
4. Unloads trucks.
5. Adjusts stocking locations to accommodate the daily flow and storage of materials.
6. Keys or scans inventory and shipping transactions into the manufacturing system.
7. Copies and distributes paperwork, as needed.
8. May manually handle, repack, or repalletize materials.
9. Must operate a forklift truck, pallet jack, parts counting scales, stretch wrapper, and other material handling devices.
10. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

• Basic reading, writing and numerical ability.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Forklift experience, Stand-up & Sit-down.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, carrying, stooping and crouching.
• Lift up to 40 lbs.
