Job Details

We are seeking a Receiving & Inventory Clerk to support our Logistics & Warehouse Operations team. This hands-on role is responsible for receiving incoming materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting cycle counts, and ensuring proper storage and organization throughout the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, invoices, manifests, and Bills of Lading.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials.
• Receive inventory into NetSuite and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory reconciliations.
• Label, sort, move, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Support bin management, inventory organization, and material consolidation activities.
• Process return-to-vendor transactions and maintain accurate inventory documentation.
• Assist with general warehouse, shipping, receiving, and material handling activities.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or material handling.
• Experience using ERP, WMS, inventory tracking systems, or barcode scanners.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and solve inventory-related issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
