Schedule:Tuesday – Saturday6:00 AM – 2:30 PMJob Term: Temp to HirePosition Summary:The Quality Control / Shipping Associate is responsible for performing inspections on incoming materials and finished products while supporting shipping operations and maintaining accurate system records. This role requires strong attention to detail, computer proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform inspections on incoming supplier deliveries, picked parts, and finished assembled productsFollow established inspection procedures accurately and consistentlyParticipate in cross-training to support coverage across multiple inspection areasSupport implementation of new quality processes, tools, and initiativesApply shipping labels and prepare cartons for shipmentCommunicate with customers via email regarding shipping updates and inquiriesMaintain accurate records and data entry within ERP or tracking systemsAssist with shipping and quality-related tasks as neededJob Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentProficiency with computers, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP/data entry systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to communicate effectively and work in a team environmentPrevious quality control, inspection, shipping, or warehouse experience is a plus
