Receiving Lead

#183; EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:

#183; Minimum 3 years of industry experience

#183; Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

#183; ERP software experience

#183; Detail oriented

#183; Problem solving skills

#183; Bi-lingual – English/Spanish

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage receiving process from beginning to end

#183; Create and maintain receiving requirements/instructions for all inbound items

#183; Provide direction to receiving team, ensuring strict adherence to all procedures

#183; Leverage software to optimize pallet configurations for inbound items

#183; Verify inbound loads have accurate items, quantities, and lot codes recorded

#183; Maintain item master data within inventory management software

#183; Accurate data entry using spreadsheets and inventory management system

#183; Communicate and resolve receiving discrepancies

#183; Perform other duties as assigned.

Hours: 6:30am-3:00pm M-F

Pay Rate: $25 up to $30 hour depending on experience
