- High-level computer data entry skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeSuite and Office 365 (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Experience with digital room-reservation and badging systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
Guest & Security Management
- Greet all visitors, clients, and associates professionally and courteously.
- Manage the daily guest list and register visitors into the BXP security system.
- Process guest registration inquiries received through the dedicated reception mailbox.
- Issue and manage facility access cards, temporary badges, and replacement badges.
- Onboard and register all new employees, temps, contractors, and co-ops into the company's badging and seating systems.
Communication & Office Operations
- Operate the centralized switchboard, routing incoming calls and voicemails across the United States to the correct parties.
- Respond promptly to all digital and in-person inquiries, confirming completion of requests.
- Maintain the absolute cleanliness and presentation of the reception and guest seating areas at all times.
- Manage the distribution of monthly T-passes and maintain Grab-N-Go cards.
- Update company phone directories and speed dial lists in a timely manner.
- Manage the tracking and issuing of company loaner cell phones.
Administrative & Room Coordination
- Coordinate and book meeting rooms using the internal reservation system.
- Maintain monthly data, logs, and site procedure documentation.
- Provide light administrative support to other departments as needed (e.g., creating envelope labels, compiling manuals).
