About the Role

We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to join our Atlanta team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys creating a welcoming environment while supporting daily office operations.

The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members while assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functionality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
  • Manage front desk operations and office organization
  • Handle data entry, filing, and administrative support tasks
  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
  • Support internal departments with clerical duties as needed
  • Maintain a clean and professional reception area

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
