Position Overview The Receptionist provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff, mail distribution, the flow of correspondence, as well as additional clerical duties. The receptionist will be responsible for controlling the entrance to the school through the gate and the visitors’ door, and greeting and directing visitors.
