As the Receptionist you will be the welcoming face and voice of our organization. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and professional impression. The ideal candidate will handle phone calls, greet guests, and assist with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the overall success of our company through excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly

  • Schedule client consultations, meetings, and attorney appointments

  • Manage conference room calendars and ensure meeting spaces are prepared

  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive legal information

  • Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal staff

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

  • Maintain and organize client files, both physical and electronic

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, legal documents, and courier deliveries

  • Assist with document preparation, formatting, and filing (including court filings when needed)

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Prior experience in a legal office or administrative role is highly preferred

  • Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal software systems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Work Environment

The Compensation range for this role is 20.00 to 25.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
