Receptionist

Part-Time | Receptionist

Schedule: Fridays 4:00pm- 8:00pm and every other weekend 2:00pm- 8:00pm (16 hours per two-week pay period)

Target Pay: $14.26-$18.00/hour

The Difference You’ll Make

As a Receptionist at our facility in Saint Mary of the Woods, you will be first point of contact to provide a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors and residents. You will help guide guests to where they are looking to go, and be the go-to person for answering questions. -Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, residents, families, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner

-Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments or team members

-Provide clear directions and general information to visitors and guests

-Support administrative and clerical tasks for multiple departments as needed

-Maintain a calm, organized front desk environment while managing multiple priorities

-Communicate professionally and effectively with residents, families, team members, and external partners

-Demonstrate strong customer service skills while supporting a positive community experience

Qualifications

-Minimum one year of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment

-Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

-Professional, friendly, and service-focused demeanor

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, families, vendors, and visitors in a variety of situations

-Strong multitasking, organization, and prioritization skills

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

-Basic typing skills (approximately 30–35 words per minute)

Preferred

-Experience in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or customer-facing service roles
