POSITION PROFILE Provides exceptional service to the business by greeting/assisting all visitors and answering and transferring incoming calls from all over the United States. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Greets the public. - Distributes name badges to visitors, temporary employees, etc. - Issues facility access cards to employees. - Schedules meeting rooms for all. - Answers and transfers calls from all over the United States. - Participates enthusiastically in company and community service events. - Performs light Administrative duties. - Performs PC Support and Administrative duties as needed. - Acts as a model for Vision, Values, and Mission. - Builds professional relationships with customers and other teams. - Responsible for the timely updates of company phone and speed dial lists. - Responsible for issuing of the Company Loaner Cell Phones. - Assists Administration or any other team when needed for various tasks (envelope labels, compiling manuals, etc.). - Understands other work areas. - Performs other duties as assigned.

Role Summary:

1. Manage daily guest list
2. Greet guests professionally and courteously
3. Complete guest registration inquiries sent to the reception mailbox (see below)
4. Respond to incoming inquiries, confirming they have been completed
5. Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, including seating area, always
6. Route incoming calls and voicemails to the proper party
7. Be a supportive and helpful resource for our associates
8. Register guests onto the security list known as BXP
9. Request replacement access badges
10. Maintain Grab-N-Go cards
11. Distribute monthly T-passes
12. Register all new employee/Temp/Contractor & Co-ops in the company's badging and seating systems.
13. Book rooms via a reservation system
14. Maintain monthly data and Site Procedure.

Must Have Skills:

1. Hight level of computer data entry skills.
2. Customer facing experience with a monthly footprint of 350-450 guess.
3. Problem solving skills

6. Excellent written and spoken communication skills
7. Excellent computer skills ( Microsoft office and 365)




QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications) Typically Required: - Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of prior switchboard experience. JOB TITLE: Sr Receptionist & Switchboard.MS Ops Position Description Page 2 MARCH, 2012 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES - MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word and Excel. - Excellent customer service skills and detail oriented. - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Demonstrated organizational and communications skills WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS - Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level - Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction prepare, provide and convey diversified information - Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically with less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.). - Moderate dexterity regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.
