Description

Our client is looking for a polished, people-oriented Receptionist who loves creating exceptional first impressions and delivering outstanding customer service from the moment someone walks through the door. Responsibilities Welcome clients and visitors with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor. Serve as the first point of contact for the office, creating a positive first impression. Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently. Perform basic call screening to determine whether inquiries align with the firm's practice areas before routing to the appropriate team. Offer refreshments and assist guests upon arrival. Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting room availability. Process returned mail, assist with outgoing mailings, and update client information as needed. Support various departments with administrative projects and office tasks. Help maintain office supplies, stock common areas, and assist with general office support. Keep the reception area, lobby, and conference rooms organized and welcoming. Qualifications Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred. Outstanding attendance, dependability, and accountability. Friendly, polished, and professional with a genuine hospitality mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working in a busy office environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic computer applications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
