toneridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge is looking for a FULL TIME Receptionist/Internet floater: We are looking to hire ASAP.

Great Job Opportunity 

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Answer Phones. 
  • Make appointments from leads website for our internet team 
  • Identify and direct Sales Associates to their customer.
  • Run any necessary errand required by the Sales department.
  • Good organization and communication skills; ability to work independently, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure, and the ability to work and deal diplomatically with all levels of Company personnel and customers. 
  • Relay messages in a timely manner.
  • Ordering of office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain Reception Area
Qualifications:
  • Outgoing and positive demeanor and professional appearance
  • Show up dressed appropriately and ready to work on time
  • Are honest and willing to work hard
  • Energetic, highly motivated, very detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Punctual with the ability to multitask and handle schedule flexibility
  • Able to work weekends, Evenings, and holidays. 
  • able to work well in team Environment.
  • Experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
  • Microsoft Office skills, i.e. Excel, Word plus Gmail, Google docs , Google calendar
  • Reliable
