The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing inquiries, directing calls, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests while also providing administrative support to various departments.

Essential Duties:

• Responsible for providing an outstanding customer service experience.
• Greets customers, answers, screens and directs phone calls.
• Assists with general administrative and clerical tasks such as preparing documents, receiving and sorting mail and filing.
• Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
• Maintains and orders office supplies, as well coordinates the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and/or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred
• Has 3 years of receptionist experience, preferably in a truck dealership environment
• Verbal and written communication skills necessary for communicating with customers, management, employees and vendors
• Basic computer skills
