Receptionist

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the welcoming face of the company. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, managing multiple priorities, assisting the Office Manager and supporting a team with professionalism and accuracy.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees by providing a friendly and professional front desk experience
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and accurately
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, UPS, FedEx, and express courier services
  • Maintain visitor and contractor records, agreements, licenses, and permits
  • Enter and manage potato grading data in Excel and SAP with a high level of accuracy
  • Prepare and distribute worksheets and documents to vendors and internal departments
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes for staff and safety meetings
  • Support departments across the organization with administrative projects and special assignments
  • Assist with employee records, payroll attachments, mailings, and general clerical support
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby and reception area
  • Participate in company safety initiatives and loss control programs (SRMP)
  • Learn how to create Purchase Orders
 
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional communication and customer service abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general office software; SAP experience is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Self-motivated team player who can adapt to changing priorities
  • Previous administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred

Hourly Pay:
Depending On Experience - $18.00 to $22.00 per hour

Work Schedule:
6:30am to 3:00pm OR 7:00am to 3:30pm
Monday to Friday.
