Receptionist/ Office Assistant

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join their client's team in Orange County, we have twoopenings in Santa Ana, Ca and in Irvine, Ca. This role is crucial for ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment at the front desk and involves various administrative tasks that support the company's operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
• Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies.
• Provide general information to inquiries and support staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
