Receptionist P/T Day/Evening Shift

The areas #1 Honda dealership is seeking a Full Time Receptionist/Cashier to greet customers and handle inbound calls. The individual should be responsible, upbeat, dress professionally, and able to multi-task. Must be able to work some evenings until 8 and Saturday.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Cheerfully greet and assist walk-in customers/visitors• Answer phones/screen and transfer calls/take messages • Receipt credit cards/checks/approve checks online• Provide customers with updated information regarding their vehicle• Handle customer requests/troubleshoot problems

• Provide information regarding customer registration and plating

• Assist office with various administrative duties

Job Qualifications/Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal , and multi-tasking skills;• Timely and regular verification of work for accuracy.• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word software.• Excellent calculation skills for cashier accuracy
