Job Title: Receptionist Job Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite) Job Duration: 6 Months (Potential for FTE) Shift - Mon-Fri/ 8 AM – 5 PM Job Description: Work Environment Assigned to a specific building Acts as the first point of contact for visitors Represents the company with a professional presence Typical Responsibilities Visitor Management: Welcome and check in visitors, ensure proper registration and adherence to site protocols. Badge Printing: Issue visitor badges using the designated system for secure access. Guest Assistance: Provide directions, general information, and respond to inquiries. Safety & Security Coordination: Act as contact for safety/security matters; escalate concerns when necessary. Administrative Support: Perform routine tasks such as record keeping, data entry, and maintaining visitor logs. Professional Presence: Maintain courteous and professional demeanor at all times. Must-Have Skills Strong communication skills Excellent customer service skills Qualifications Experience: At least 1 year in receptionist/concierge role or related industry Education: GED or High School diploma minimum Software Skills: Basic computer functions Familiarity with Microsoft tools Interview Process 1 onsite interview Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
