Schedule: Hours 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday Friday

Job Description:

Summary
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment while managing front desk operations, guest services, and administrative support.

Typical Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations
  • Serve as the first point of contact for building visitors
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception presence
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Guest & Visitor Management
  • Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors upon arrival
  • Provide directions or escort visitors to meeting locations
  • Ensure all visitors are signed in and accounted for
Customer Service & Support
  • Respond to inquiries courteously and helpfully
  • Uphold high service standards to reflect company values
Badge & Access Assistance
  • Assist visitors and temporary staff with badge creation and access setup
  • Enforce security protocols during check-in and check-out
Meeting Room Coordination
  • Manage conference and meeting room bookings
  • Ensure rooms are prepared and equipped for scheduled meetings

Requirements
  • Experience: 1 2 years in a related field
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Must-Have Skills:
    • Customer service
    • Punctuality
    • Team player mindset
    • Strong communication skills
    • Professional appearance/attire

Software Skills
  • Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Outlook (email management, calendar scheduling)
