Immediate need for a talented Receptionist . This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Santa Clara ,California(Onsite). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). Key Responsibilities: Shift: Training Mon-Fri 8 am – 5 pm PST – 1 week 1on1 // Mon-Fri 8 am – 5 pm PST – No OT, holidays, or weekends Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors entering the facility. Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area. Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Greet, assist, and direct visitors, clients, and guests. Ensure visitors are properly signed in and follow site procedures. Provide directions or escort visitors to meeting locations when needed. Respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company's values and standards. Schedule and manage conference room bookings. Ensure meeting spaces are organized and ready for use. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills; “Receptionist”, " customer service ", " administrative " , " Microsoft High School Diploma or GED required. 1–2 years of receptionist, front desk, administrative, customer service, or related experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 2+ years of pharmacy experience, must be personable on the phone and ability to connect with members and providers, MUST HAVE EXCEL EXPERIENCE Required: high school diploma with Pharmacy Technician training in CA Our client is a leading Commercial Real Estate Services & Investment Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
