Responsibilities:
  • Organizing and maintaining files
  • Answering calls
  • Managing client communications
  • Performing administrative duties, including:
    • Maintaining lawyers’ calendars
    • Scheduling appointments
    • Making photocopies
    • Compiling complex documentation
  • Experience working with multiple lawyers simultaneously
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook
  • Proficiency in typing is required
