Spokane Produce is seeking a full time Receptionist with a dynamic personality, lots of energy to keep the phone calls allocated to appropriate staff and possess positive energy. Strong clerical experience is preferred, various duties as assigned. This is a Monday through Friday position from 7:30am to 4:00pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Answer incoming phone calls, allocating to various departments
• Data entry, typing
• Scanning
• Provide excellent customer service to walk in customers and job applicants
• Manage record retention, organized and problem solver
• Other tasks as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Multi-line phone experience
• Excellent computer skills - MS Office
• Ability to accurately enter large volumes of data information
• Must be detail oriented with strong proof-reading skills including numbers
• Comfortable working in slightly noisy environment
• Ability to multi-task and stay focused
• Accurate 10-key skill
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to interact with a very diverse population
• Highly organized

The successful candidate must have reliable transportation and superior attendance, be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen, and continue to satisfy our drug testing policy, if offered employment. We are a Federal Contractor and drug free workplace, which includes a prohibition on marijuana use for all employees.
