ROLE DESCRIPTION: Jessica Scharf State Farm of Bellevue is a leading insurance agency focused on delivering consultative service to our customers, while growing our client base. We’re seeking a dynamic Director of First Impressions to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing customer service for policies, billing, claims, and general account support
Supporting claims by taking key information, explaining next steps, and updating customers on status
Collecting and entering accurate information into company systems/CRM
Making sure requests are completed correctly and timely, following internal processes and compliance rules
Handling policy and coverage questions (within assigned limits) and helping customers understand options
Documenting interactions and maintaining clear, consistent case notes
Resolving issues by troubleshooting problems and escalating when needed
Maintaining professionalism and empathy, especially with customers in stressful situations
Ask targeted questions to assess risk areas (auto, home, renters, umbrella, life, etc.) and gather accurate details.
Recommend solutions based on the need, using clear explanations of benefits, tradeoffs, and pricing in plain language.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong interest in a people-focused business and providing exceptional customer service with high communication volume via phone, text, and email.
Previous experience in people-based business.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations and asking questions
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
