ABOUT OUR AGENCYI opened my agency in November 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience in the business and a passion for helping others grow. I'm a Finance graduate from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Colorado native who enjoys sports, camping, the outdoors, and spending time at Red Rocks.
Our agency offers paid time off, paid holidays, your birthday off, a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, an Employee Assistance Program through Thrive, team outings, and professional development opportunities. We also offer performance-based promotions and are excited to create opportunities for advancement as our agency grows.
Our culture is collaborative, supportive, and built around an open-door approach. I'm looking for someone who communicates well, takes initiative, enjoys being part of a team, and is excited to grow alongside a newer agency. If you're looking for a positive environment where you can make an impact and build your career, we'd love to meet you.
