ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in September 2023 and currently lead a team of two, with plans to continue growing. Before becoming an agent, I spent more than a decade as a State Farm Claims Representative. That experience gave me a strong understanding of the industry, customer needs, and the importance of being there for people when they need help most.
Staying connected to our community is important to us. Our agency proudly sponsors local sports teams and community events, and we enjoy supporting the families and organizations in the area we serve.
Our agency offers health benefits, a retirement stipend, a sign-on bonus, team-building events, and ongoing professional development. We also provide opportunities for career advancement, making this a great environment for someone who wants to grow alongside a newer and expanding agency.
Our office has a laid-back, positive atmosphere, but we’re ambitious about where we’re going. I’m looking for someone who is hungry, motivated, coachable, and ready to take initiative. If you’re a go-getter who wants to develop your skills, advance your career, and play an important role in helping build a growing agency, we’d love to meet you.
