Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Respond to customer questions regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, billing, and claims.
• Assist customers with policy updates and account servicing.
• Identify customer needs and help provide appropriate insurance options.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve agency goals.
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.
