ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I opened my agency in 2008 and currently lead a team of 17. My State Farm journey began while I was working my way through college. I was recruited to become a State Farm team member and quickly discovered a career I truly loved. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, cooking, entertaining, and spending time with my family.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
