RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage the daily bank deposit, incoming mail, voicemails and other administrative tasks.
Assist in handling incoming customer service inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Willing to obtain Property/Casualty insurance license.
