I opened my agency in 1992 and have proudly served our community as a State Farm agent for over 30 years. We’re a close-knit team of three, and we take a lot of pride in providing a consistent, reliable experience for every customer who trusts us with their insurance needs.

Giving back is important to us, and our team volunteers a couple times each year with the Arkansas Food Bank Network to support families in our community. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Andre Pendleton - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
