ROLE DESCRIPTION: Michael Johnson - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer and direct incoming calls from 8:30 AM–2:30 PM.
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient client service.
Assist clients with basic questions and service requests.
Route complex service and sales needs to the appropriate team member.
Support Account Managers with administrative and client service tasks.
Assist with client follow-ups, documentation, and account updates.
Maintain accurate notes and client records.
Help ensure calls and client requests are handled promptly.
Provide general administrative support to the agency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of customer service, receptionist, administrative, or related experience.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
