ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I opened my agency in 2017 after beginning my State Farm career working for another agent. Today, I lead a team of seven professionals with over 30 years of combined insurance experience. As a lifelong resident of Chicago's western suburbs, I have strong ties to the community and take pride in helping local families protect what matters most. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife Jill, our son, and our bullmastiff, Roscoe!
Our agency offers ongoing training, licensing reimbursement, a health stipend after six months, and flexible hours that support work-life balance. We also enjoy regular team lunches, monthly bonus opportunities, and an environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
Our modern, inviting office has a family-oriented atmosphere built on respect, collaboration, and teamwork. We believe in supporting one another while delivering exceptional service to our customers. I'm looking for someone with strong communication skills, a positive phone presence, organizational abilities, and confidence using technology. If you're motivated, eager to learn, and looking to grow with a supportive team that values both family and community, we'd love to meet you!
