Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Receptionist & Office Manager to join our State Farm agency. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This dual role combines receptionist duties with office management responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our team and the customers we serve.


This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits. A part-time option may be available, though benefits may vary.


Responsibilities:
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment conducive to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including but not limited to customer inquiries, policy management, and administrative tasks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to assist existing customers with additional insurance products and services.
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of Social Media and Search Engine Optimization
  • Basic knowledge of human resource management 
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
