As a valued Agent Assistant at Michelle Cole Insurance Agency Inc, you play a vital role in supporting daily operations and enhancing customer experience. You help grow our Santa Fe agency by assisting with customer needs and supporting the agent in delivering quality State Farm insurance products and services.


Responsibilities:

• Provide clear information about State Farm insurance products, focusing on life insurance first, then auto and home/renters insurance.
• Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and endorsements.
• Conduct needs-based interviews in the agent’s office to help tailor coverage.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Support the agent’s marketing efforts to grow the agency.
• Ensure quality service to all State Farm policyholders.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Must complete licensing requirements to solicit and service State Farm products.
