ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I graduated from West Chester University and have built a career rooted in family, community, and service. Before becoming a State Farm agent 10 years ago, I worked in my family’s legal supplies business, where I learned the value of hard work and taking care of people. Outside of the office, I’ve been a longtime husband, father, and now grandfather, and I’ve enjoyed giving back to the community through 15 years of coaching youth football.


Today, I lead a close-knit team of 4, where we focus on creating a supportive, professional, and rewarding environment. We’re looking for candidates who want to be part of a small but strong team that values relationships, growth, and making an impact both in the office and in the community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jim Walsh - State Farm Agency is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
