Receptionist- Summer Coverage

We have an opening for 6 weeks in Newport Beach, Ca. We are looking for a receptionist!

Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in reception.

Computer savvy in MS Word, Outlook and in Excel

Will answer all incoming calls

Transfer calls

Order office supplies

Order lunch once a week

Keep the kitchen up to date with supplies

Receive Amazon, UPS packages etc

Must be available for 6 weeks starting June 15th

Hours will be from 8am-5pm

Recent receptionist experience is a must

Pay is $22-$24 an hour.

This is in a professional setting.
