Location: This is an on-site role based in the Allentown, PA area, supporting restoration and reconstruction projects throughout the surrounding Lehigh Valley market.

Note: Candidates must have directly relevant restoration, reconstruction, disaster recovery, or insurance repair industry experience. We are looking for someone who can manage projects, customers, subcontractors, timelines, budgets, and field execution while being a strong fit for a team-first culture.

Job Description

  • Manage residential and commercial restoration and reconstruction projects from inspection through completion
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, production timelines, job costs, and quality control
  • Coordinate subcontractors, in-house trade staff, vendors, temporary labor teams, and material providers
  • Perform site inspections, document losses, take photos, gather measurements, and provide scope notes
  • Communicate with customers, tenants, insurance adjusters, internal teams, and field crews throughout the project
  • Schedule jobs based on deadlines, crew availability, material needs, and customer expectations
  • Ensure crews and subcontractors are prepared with the proper scope, materials, and job information
  • Maintain accurate updates in project management software and internal systems
  • Resolve customer questions, concerns, and project issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Support operational sales, referral relationships, and the company's reputation in the market
  • Collect project funds and help ensure projects are completed profitably
  • Follow safety guidelines and ensure a high level of workmanship on every job
  • Participate in the 24-hour on-call rotation for emergency and after-hours losses

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restoration, reconstruction, disaster recovery, insurance repair, or closely related project management experience
  • Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, field crews, schedules, budgets, and customer communication
  • Strong understanding of residential or commercial repair, mitigation, reconstruction, or construction workflows
  • Comfortable working in both office settings and active job sites
  • Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with changing priorities
  • Comfortable using computers, mobile platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and project management software
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds when needed
  • Willingness to participate in an emergency on-call rotation
