Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the organization, maintenance, and digitization of physical and electronic records. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage physical and electronic records.
• Process records requests, retrievals, transfers, and document disposition.
• Scan, index, and digitize documents.
• Perform quality checks on records and scanned files.
• Maintain records databases and tracking systems.
• Support records retention, classification, and inventory projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams on records-related activities.
• Organize, retrieve, and store records and files.
• Handle confidential information securely.

Qualifications

• Experience in records management, document control, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with databases, document management systems, or scanning software preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and file throughout the workday.
