Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (6-month role)

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a 6-month contract that may be converted to full-time depending on business needs and the successful candidate. This role provides proactive, front-line recruiting support while collaborating with business stakeholders.

DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Engage candidates who actively apply
• Source passive candidates
• Screen applicants based on provided criteria
• Coordinate interviews (in person and virtual)
• Collect feedback from interviewers
• Coordinate next steps with HR Business Partner

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field with 3+ years of progressive recruiting experience
• Experience with SuccessFactors, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications will be considered an asset
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
