Job Location:Atlanta, GA

Pay Rate: $55.00/hr [Weekly Pay]

Shift Timings: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM [Monday to Friday]

Contract Duration: 12 Months [Temp-To-Hire]

Job Description:

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for high-volume production, skilled trades, and non-exempt roles.

• Proactively source candidates through creative outreach, grassroots efforts, and talent pipeline development.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings to interviews and candidate follow-ups.

• Partner with HR teams and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.

• Analyze recruiting metrics and data to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality.

• Use MS Office, especially Excel and shared files, to track recruitment activities and performance.

• Support diversity hiring, employer branding, and community outreach initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal recruiting policies.

• Provide talent market insights and mentor junior recruiting team members.
