    Job Description

    Outland Recruiting is looking for a recruiter to join our team. This position will join our team as a full life cycle recruiter.

    This role does not have overburdening KPI's, hours, or requirements. The Recruiter will manage their workload, hours, and success. 

    Qualifications 

    • 2 years of full life cycle recruiting
    • Experience Sourcing Candidates 

    This position will be 

    • 100% Remote
    • 100% Commission 
      • Expected commission of $5,000 - $12,500 per hire
      • No limit
