Kelly® is seeking a Recruiter to work on-site in our Boston, MA office.

• Managing full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attracting, sourcing, and screening passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and an applicant tracking system.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure consistent, fair, and equitable assessment and selection processes.

• Have at least 2 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an industrial or warehouse setting (required).
• Are customer-centric and skilled at building collaborative relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
• Are results-driven, action-oriented, and able to accomplish tasks with focus and resiliency.
• Possess strong time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to work independently.
• Demonstrate situational adaptability, learning agility, and the ability to shift work efforts in changing scenarios.
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
• Live with 30 miles of Boston, MA.
