Recruiter for our growing Children's Behavioral Health Organization

Compensation: $60,000 base plus performance bonus, on target earnings $100,000 - $130,000, with room to grow.

We are looking for a RECRUITER for our Children's Behavioral Health Organization, based in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn, NY, who takes pride in filling seats fast and building a pipeline that never runs dry. Position Description

This is a full time, in person role based at our Flatbush, Brooklyn office. You will own full cycle recruiting for our clinical and support roles, including therapists, group and call facilitators, case managers and part time staff across our programs. You will source at volume on Indeed and LinkedIn, screen and coordinate candidates, partner with leadership on hiring priorities, and build the systems and pipeline that keep our sites fully staffed. There is real room to grow into a larger role as the organization expands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, agency or in house
• Track record sourcing and closing candidates in a high volume environment
• Strong command of Indeed, LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems
• Organized, self directed and comfortable managing many open roles at once

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer across clinical and support roles
• Source at volume on Indeed and LinkedIn and build a steady pipeline ahead of demand
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring leadership
• Partner with leadership on hiring priorities and report on pipeline health
