Duration: Contract through 05/28/2027, extension and FTE conversion possible based on business needs

Pay Range: $30 to $32/hr (W2)

Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our high-performing Operations Recruiting team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-cycle recruiting, ATS management, and high-volume requisition management and a proven ability to advise hiring managers, deliver a strong candidate experience, and drive timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruiting across Operations and business support roles, from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Conduct intake meetings to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and market conditions.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates against job and organizational requirements.
• Present qualified candidates, schedule and facilitate interviews, and guide hiring decisions with data-informed recommendations.
• Negotiate offers and support candidates through pre-employment and onboarding activities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, sharing talent market insights and best practices in evaluation and selection.
• Deliver consistent, professional candidate communications and maintain ongoing engagement to build talent pipelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and workflows in Workday or similar ATS, ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and leverage data to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Manage 25-30 open requisitions concurrently and partner with 15-20 hiring managers while maintaining service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience or related experience in sales, marketing, or Human Resources.
• ATS management experience, preferably Workday Recruiting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume requisitions and competing priorities with attention to detail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-volume hiring environments with multiple job families or functions.
• Experience providing talent market insights and hiring recommendations to business leaders.
• Project management, data review, and metrics-driven decision-making skills.
• Customer service orientation and presentation skills.
