Description
Mental Health Association (MHA) is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources Recruitment team. Working alongside another Recruiter under the direction of the HR Recruitment Manager, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of positions across the organization while collaborating with hiring managers to attract talented, mission-driven professionals who make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Pay Range: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Location: This position is 100% on-site in Chicopee, Massachusetts.
What You'll Do
Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across multiple departments and service lines.
Review applications, evaluate qualifications, and identify top candidates.
Conduct phone screens and interviews while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process.
Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions using job boards, networking, and community outreach.
Create and maintain job postings across multiple recruitment platforms.
Coordinate interviews, hiring events, and recruitment initiatives.
Extend employment offers and facilitate onboarding activities, including HRIS onboarding and pre-employment requirements.
Maintain accurate recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and support workforce initiatives.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
Two or more years of full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, or related experience required.
Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and community partners.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, and HRIS platforms.
Comfortable discussing compensation, benefits, and employment opportunities with candidates.
Comfortable presenting to the public and interviewing 1:1
Spanish fluency is a plus.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally for recruitment events.
