We are adding to our team! GPA is seeking an outgoing and motivated Recruiter that enjoys working as part of a team and possesses creative sourcing abilities. Our Recruiters are responsible for procuring top talent to fill the current and on-going personnel needs with our clients in the engineering, architectural, design, administrative, and other niche professional fields.

Job Specifications
Utilize career fairs, job boards, networking and social media sites to source, identify and qualify professionals in the engineering, technical, administrative and professional fields.
Ability to work in a casual, but fast paced work environment.
Work with Account Managers and Business Developers on future client needs and have the ability to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Act as the point of contact for candidates in all stages of the interviewing and hiring process.
Build long-term on-going relationships with candidates before, during and after successful placement.
Extend offers of employment, schedule new hire on-boarding, handle employee personnel matters.

Job Requirements
Two or more years in recruiting or staffing
Prefer prior experience in sourcing candidates from job boards and through referrals.
Good computer skills to include: Microsoft Office applications, Mac, Applicant Tracking System (JobDiva), Boolean search capabilities.
Must be able to prioritize, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and good time management skills.
Ability to travel around the Cincinnati as needed.
