Position Summary

Provide recruiting services to Deloitte project teams. This contract assignment supports technical recruiting from intake through onboarding coordination, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring-activity tracking.

Work you'll do

The service you will provide the Deloitte project team as a Recruiting Contractor will include:

• Document role requirements, candidate profiles, hiring timelines, and priorities during intake discussions.
• Source, screen, and present candidates for assigned technical positions.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offer-stage activities, and onboarding handoffs.
• Use recruiting data and market information to provide recommendations to the project team.
• Track openings, candidate pipelines, and hiring activity in recruiting systems.

Qualifications

Required:

• 6-7+ years of overall recruiting experience, including substantial technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within a technology company, professional services organization, or direct competitor environment.
• Strong understanding of and ability to navigate comprehensive recruiting processes from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Technical recruiting experience within a professional services organization.
• Experience advising hiring teams and stakeholders on recruiting strategy, market conditions, and candidate pipelines.
• Experience managing high-volume and complex recruiting assignments.

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $55 - $65 per hour.  The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
