Recruiter The American Indian College Fund is dedicated to transforming lives and communities by increasing access to higher education for Native students. As the largest and highest-rated American Indian nonprofit organization, the Fund has provided over $237.1 million to support tribal college education. Empowering more than 4,000 Native students annually, the organization supports not only scholarships but also funding for tribally controlled colleges and cultural preservation activities. The College Fund is looking for a talented Recruiter who will own our recruiting systems, processes, and execute on direct full cycle hiring. The Team : Our People Operations team is made up of Learning & Development, HR, and Building & Facilities. We collaborate to create a workplace where our staff is supported in their experience, work, and development. What you’ll do: We are looking for an accountable, data driven, full cycle and full desk recruiter with a DEI lens and knack for optimizing ATS and tools to support our organizational growth. We are searching for someone with a proven track record of rolling up their sleeves to own end to end full hiring and process improvement. This role reports into the People Operations Director and is expected to travel no more than 10% of the time. This is a hybrid position based in Denver starting with 3 days in office during onboarding then transitioning into 2 days in office. Your Day to Day
